To accompany the Direction and the science of unity, the support services bring together several teams and provide support to the administration of the National Centre for Meteorological Research in order to ensure efficient operation in accordance with the guidelines of the CNRS and Météo-France, its two employers.
Administrative support teams
Gestion CNRS
– the service « Gestion CNRS » enables interaction with the administrative services of the Délégation Régionale Occitanie Ouest for financial management activities CNRS.
- Monitoring research contracts, partnerships and commercialisation, justification
- Issuing purchase orders and monitoring invoicing
- Assistance in drawing up travel orders for staff and guests
- Booking transport and accommodation for business trips
- Checking and approving expense claims upon return from business trips
« PGA » Pôle partenariats et Gestion Académique
The service provides support for research and higher education and, as such, is responsible for budget management and IT and technical support for the DESR and its entities. Its role is to coordinate the following services for the unit:

- SIRES IT Service for Research and Higher Education
- PPR Research Partnership Division

This division, which reports to Météo-France’s Human Resources department, assists non-permanent CNRM staff, whether from the CNRS or Météo-France, with their contracts:
