I am a polar Oceanographer and biogeochemist, with a strong focus on the Arctic Ocean. I use observations (in situ, remote sensing) to improve biogeochemical modeling. I investigate past, present and future dynamics of phytoplankton and biogeochemical cycles of the Arctic Ocean. I am a senior scientist at CNRS (Centre National de Recherche Scientifique, France). Before that, I worked at AWI, in Germany, where I used and developed the REcoM Biogeochemical model. I also worked at the Laboratoire d'Océanographie de Villefranche (France), at Takuvik Laboratory, The Canada Excellence Research Chair in remote sensing of Canada's new Arctic frontier, Laval University and at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography - Department of Fisheries and Oceans. I did my PhD at LOCEAN lab in Paris at Sorbonne University.
