I am a 3-rd year PhD candidate at Centre National de Recherches Météorologiques (CNRS/Météo-France research center), based in Toulouse (France). My research deals with the reciprocal interactions between cities and climate, and is currently conducted under the supervision of Aude Lemonsu (CNRM) and Vincent Viguié (CIRED). I investigate the influence of historical and future urban expansion on regional climate using both modelling (CP-RCM CNRM-AROME) and observations. I also study the effects of the joint evolutions of urban expansion, socio-demographic and climate changes on population's exposure to heat and its health impacts.
