With a PhD in atmospheric remote sensing (Paul Sabatier University – Toulouse III) and trained as a meteorologist, I joined the National Centre for Meteorological Research (CNRM) in 2010, where I have been actively involved in evaluating the CNRM-CM model in polar regions. I am currently working on the creation of a database for artificial intelligence downscaling of the surface mass balance (SMB) simulated by the CNRM-CM global climate model. This work aims to make the model's simulations of polar ice caps usable on a finer scale, ensuring the consistency and traceability of the variables necessary for SMB emulation. My previous work has focused on the sensitivity of Greenland's SMB to large-scale climate and on the representation of snow cover in the Crocus-ERA5 reanalysis.
